  • Genomics and Computational Biology - George Church, Ph.D. (HMS)

    This class is ongoing annually and was one of the first working examples of MIT's OpenCourseWare (OCW). Click on the OpenCourseWare link for streaming audio, handouts, and assignments from the Fall 2002 semester.

  • Microarray Expression Data Analysis Tools - Danny Park (MGH)

    This ongoing, biweekly class is a hands on training session for users of the MGH-PGA Microarray Center. It teaches the theory and techniques of microarray data analysis, experimental design, and usage of recommended software resources.
